ROAD SET UP
Getting your motorcycle set for your personal requirements is the most cost effective way to make an improvement. After a short consultation, we will measure your bike and ensure all the sag and geometry is set correctly. We will then make sure your damping settings are set to gain the optimal performance out of your OEM equipment.

SPRINGS & SET UP
Sometimes a much heavier or much lighter rider can have problem getting the correct rider sag. When this is the case we can install rider weighted springs and then carry out the set up as above.
Springs start at £80 front and £55 rear plus set up charge. |

STAGE ONE FORK CONVERSION
A stage one conversion involves re-valving the damping charcteristics of the OEM cartridge to suit rider requirements. We then install up-rated springs to suit your discipline. Suitable for both road and track.
This conversion is a very cost effective way of tuning your fork without having to invest in aftermarket components.

STAGE ONE SHOCK CONVERSION
A stage one shock conversion is very similar to that of the forks. Again it is a cost effective way of tuning your suspension and is suitable for both road and track. We have had great success with the stage one fork conversion. It was used on the winning TTX GP bike in 2009!

OHLINS 20MM CONVERSION
The ohlins 20mm piston kit makes a massive difference to the damping of OEM equipment. The kit allows us to finely tune your suspension to suit your taste as well as installing highest quality springs. OHLINS now produce specific kits for most of the latest supersport and hypersport applications.

THE AVERAGE COST OF A LOWERING JOB IS £395 (INCLUDES SIDE STAND MODIFICATION)
SOME LIGHTER OR HEAVIER RIDERS MAY REQUIRE A SPRING AT AN ADDITIONAL COST.
