Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Master Card and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and snail mail or over the Internet.

You may return goods if found to be faulty, or by prior arrangement with the management within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Please return the goods using the method by which they were sent. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods or having the goods collected. A deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods if you have not returned the goods within this period.

Deposits
On non stock or special order items we reserve the right to charge a deposit of £100.00 or 25% of the order value to the customers credit/debit card,which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation,based upon the customers implicit instruction to order the goods on their behalf.

Shipping And Handling
The Delivery costs, security and reliability is a major concern. Due to International shipping companies now charging on volume weight, as opposed to actual weight, calculations can vary. If you are ordering many items, the calculation will 'volume-up' the weight and calculate the amount to charge for shipping accordingly. This can work both ways in that the system may work out postage to be more than the actual amount and in this case, you will be charged the smaller amount. If the shipping amount exceeds that which you were shown at the time of placing the order, we will notify you of any miscalculation in shipping charges immediately and await your approval, prior to shipment.

Delivery Schedule
It is our policy to process orders with the utmost urgency and our objective is to deliver your product next business day. However, occasionally we are reliant on subcontractors and/or outside suppliers and a product will be placed on backorder. Should Kais Performance not be in a position to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be advised of the situation and asked if you wish to continue to wait or cancel the order. Regarding payment, our policy is not to debit your credit card until we ship your order.

Guarantee
Kais Performance Products Ltd guarantees their products against as per national and international legislation. Third party products supplied by Kais Performance are covered by original manufactures guarantee and all current statutory legislation. All fair and reasonable complaints will be dealt with quickly, efficiently and sympathetically.

In the event of genuine complaints we will replace or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days and keep you informed throughout the process after giving you an estimated time to the resolution of the problem.

Tax Charges
UK VAT at the current rate will be charged on all sales to the UK and EEC. If EEC customers are VAT registered and we are notified of the relevant authentic VAT registration number, VAT will not be charged. UK VAT will not be charged on exports to non EEC countries. The recipient of any goods exported exempt of VAT will be responsible for all National taxes and import duties levied and accrued.

Kais Performance are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We do not disclose buyers information to third parties, nor will we e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us. The type of information Kais will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card details. Kais will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will correct it promptly. The personal information that Kais holds will be held securely in accordance with the law and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

Kais may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser to help keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can also be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. We do not send bulk marketing emails to personal email addresses ('spam').
